Option to Skip Cheese Order for Goat Milk

why cant we choose to do the order or not I'm only getting to make cheese but i have like 300 goat milk there's no reason for me to even have the goats as it makes me orders of cheese ill get goat milk every 4 cheeses I make i don't have that much milk. makes the daily challenge almost impossible.

yes, PLEASE either 1) let us choose to skip an order, or 2) give orders a time limit, so that they change to something else if you can't fill them...
it's very frustrating when you have 300+ sunflowers for example and zero eggs
