Adjust Daily Challenge Energy Requirement for Energy Fiesta Event

Regarding the energy fiesta event, I think it would be best to lower the used energy required in the daily challenge. At first it seems nice that it only needs half the energy to finish some tasks done, but it becomes harder to complete the daily challenge as well.
