the ability to send items to friends.

it would be nice to be able to send animals, plants, wood/brick/tools, or even money stacks to other friends through a sort of "request help" system maybe. in the same way that others have to help with removing buildings, there could be some kind of "mailbox" system for friends to donate to each other helpful items!
