Adjust Repair Cost for Avocado Truck to Be Accessible at Level 55-60

if devs reasoning for increasing repair cost so that trucks wouldn't be repaired very fast once it's unlocked, current repair requirement is overkill, I'm still level 60 and I still couldn't repair avocado truck, it should've been designed so that on average at level 55-60 you can repair avocado truck
