Upon opening game first thing this morning there are only 5 boxes, not 40 like usual?

My timers are all at zero this morning, energy, and boxes, they never recharged after last play

energy and chests not going up while laptop is sleeping/on in the background

I left the computer to go do some work and when i came back usually the boxes are full again and my energy has gone up. I was away from the computer for 2 hours and i only had 5 boxes and 7 energy ...

the numbers do not seem to be counted in a right way. It's been 5+ hours, but the energy and box are not fully charged.

When I rejoined the game - none of my energy or boxes had replenished.
