Upon opening game first thing this morning there are only 5 boxes, not 40 like usual?

My timers are all at zero this morning, energy, and boxes, they never recharged after last play

energy and chests not going up while laptop is sleeping/on in the background

not getting boxes after creating an account. even after long time, not 40 boxes like before

My energy and box does not increase even after 8 hours of time span. I was expecting a full restore to 80 energy and 40 box, but both seems to not be restore when I exit the game over that time spa...

the numbers do not seem to be counted in a right way. It's been 5+ hours, but the energy and box are not fully charged.

When I rejoined the game - none of my energy or boxes had replenished.
