I visited someone’s farm and didn’t get my gifts for interacting and it kicked me out on the train back to my farm :(

It kicks me out when I travel to someone else’s farm it takes my travel ticket but never give the supplies when I join again

Missing Reward Pop-Up After Visiting Another Player
This is my 3rd report of the same issue! I visited another player, went back to my farm and NO POP UP window with rewards for the visit. Train ticket lost!
