Explanation

It is widely understood that games of this nature are designed to encourage continued engagement and player retention. However, any game mechanics should be structured around clear objectives and, above all, fair and transparent progression.
The specific objective of the event in question was to complete the sticker album within the established timeframe. To achieve this, players were required to complete daily challenges. However, from the outset, these challenges presented disproportionate levels of difficulty, with unrealistic energy and harvesting requirements, making it evident that the intention was to incentivize the purchase of the monthly pass.
I personally purchased the monthly pass and successfully completed the first album. I acknowledge that the game is structured in a way that creates strong engagement — to the point where I felt genuinely invested in my progress.
At the time of the incident, I had collected 106 stickers, with only 2 missing to complete the album. I had enough stars to open the vault but chose to wait for the final daily challenge, hoping to obtain at least one of the missing stickers and thereby guarantee completion upon opening the vault.
After canceling my monthly plan — fully aware of the likely outcome — I encountered increased difficulty in completing the daily challenge within the remaining time. Nevertheless, I invested additional resources by purchasing 1,000 boxes using crystals. I completed the entire challenge in under three hours and did not receive a single new sticker.
Left with no alternative, I opened the 800-star vault and received only one sticker. I was left with boxes and energy, despite it being clear that these would not allow me to complete the album before the deadline.
When a game presents a defined objective, there should be a genuine and fair possibility of achieving it, particularly when additional paid resources are invested.
