Explanation
I encountered a technical issue where I lost 50 energy without receiving the intended items. While attempting to open the final level of the Purple Tools Box, the application became extremely laggy/unresponsive.
To resolve the lag, I had to force-close and restart the app. Upon returning, I noticed that 50 energy had been deducted from my account, but the box remained unopened (or the rewards were not credited).
Reach the last level of the Purple Tools Box.
Click to open the box.
App experiences significant lag/stuttering.
Restart the app.
Observe that 50 energy is gone, but progress/items are missing.
