Bug: Rewards Not Displaying After Restarting the Game

Steps to Reproduce
- Visit someone at the train station
- Click on the pop-ups
- Error appears telling me to restart to get my rewards
- Go back to my farm
- Restart
- Still no rewards
Explanation
I keep getting told that I have too many rewards or something and that I need to restart the game to get them everytime I go to the train station and visit people so I restart the game again and again and still no reward
