Explanation
I was completing my daily quest to claim the reward. To finish the final milestone of spending 630 energy, I spent 40 energy on a tree, which was the last action needed to complete the task.
The activity froze and disconnected me. After restarting the game, I received the purple card pack reward, and the daily quest was marked as completed, with only the final reward left to claim.
However, there is no tree-cutting timer anymore, and my energy is now at 0. It seems that the 40 energy was consumed, but the action was not properly processed due to the restart.
Could you please check what happened and help restore the missing energy or progress?
