Steps to Reproduce
- I opened the game normally.
- I checked my island and noticed my diamonds were missing.
- My chests were gone.
- The daily rewards/challenges had reset even though there was still time left.
- I did not spend the diamonds or open the chests.
Explanation
Hello, I lost items/progress in my game.
My diamonds/gems are missing, my chests disappeared, and my daily rewards/challenges reset even though I still had time remaining to complete them.
This happened after reopening/reloading the game.
Could you please check my account and restore the missing items and progress?
