Rewards Not Saving After Watching Ads in Farm Merge Valley

Steps to Reproduce

1. Watch ads for rewards.
2. Game fails to save.
3. No rewards granted.
4. Log completely out of the game.
5. Log back into the game.
6. Continue to watch ads again.
7. Game fails to save again.
8. No rewards granted again.
9. Repeat whole process to finish getting the rewards.

Explanation

Since you still have not fixed this issue, nor have you responded to the past tickets I’ve submitted. I’m going to fill out a new ticket every day, maybe multiple tickets a day since this issue happens EVERY time you get the gems, energy and crates every four hours.
After watching ads to get the gems, energy and crates, it says saving failed and the only way to clear it is to back completely out of the game, then log back into the game and start watching ads again. Only for it to happen again, then to find out that the last three, four or more ads you watched, you didn’t get the reward.
You literally owe me hundreds of gems, energy and crates because I have to keep watching multiple ads over again because the ads I watched didn’t count.
This issue just happened again now and was one of the worse ones. It happened twelve times and I had to re-watch ads for the last three times I already watched them for the saving not happen again.
Fix your d*** game and respond to your ticket submissions.
This only happens on the ads for the rewards, none of the other ads.
Again I am going to start submitting multiple ads daily until you fix the issue and respond to my ticket submissions.
