Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Farm Merge Valley
2. Open an activity/reward that requires watching an ad
3. Try to watch the rewarded ad
4. An “Ad Failed” message appears
5. The blue ▶ button is disabled, so the advertising/cookie settings cannot be opened from the game

Explanation

Hello Farm Merge Valley Team,

I am still experiencing an issue with rewarded ads in the game.

The ads started working again temporarily, and I was able to watch rewarded ads and receive rewards normally. However, later the same day the ads stopped working again, and I received the same “Ad Failed” error related to MSN advertising cookies.

I waited until the next day and opened the game again, but the rewarded ads are still not available. This is affecting an important part of the game because I cannot watch ads to receive the available rewards.

This issue is intermittent — the ads can work normally for some time and then suddenly stop working again. I have already checked my browser/cookie settings and tried the recommended troubleshooting steps.

Please investigate this issue on the MSN/rewarded-ad side and provide a permanent fix.
