Steps to Reproduce
- Follow up on Ticket #3909.
- Observe that the rewarded ads are not working consistently.
- Note that the ads sometimes work temporarily but then stop again and show the 'Ad Failed' / MSN advertising cookies error.
- Verify that the recommended cookie and privacy settings have already been followed.
- Check that the issue continues even after waiting and reopening the game.
- Request an investigation into this as an intermittent MSN/rewarded-ad issue.

Hello,
I’m following up on Ticket #3909. The rewarded ads are still not working consistently. They sometimes work temporarily, but then stop again and show the same “Ad Failed” / MSN advertising cookies error.
I have already followed the recommended cookie and privacy settings, and the issue continues even after waiting and reopening the game.
Please investigate this as an intermittent MSN/rewarded-ad issue and let me know if there is any update or fix available.
