Steps to Reproduce
- Open the Marketplace.
- Purchase a silver key for 45 gems.
- The game freezes/lags during the purchase.
- The gems are deducted, but the silver key is not received.
- This happened twice, so 90 gems were deducted in total.
Explanation
The game froze while I was using the Marketplace. I purchased two silver keys, costing 45 gems each. A total of 90 gems was deducted from my account, but I did not receive either of the two silver keys.
Please check my transaction history and either restore the two missing silver keys or refund the 90 gems.
This happened at approximately 1:30–1:40 AM on September 3, 2026 (Sydney time). tyyyyyyyyy
