Steps to Reproduce
- Lost 40 energy after a crash
- Did not remove the energy from the tree
- Did not receive logs
- Resulting in 40 energy being taken from my energy supply for nothing
Explanation
Hello. I just used 40 energy on a tree and when I tapped the Remove 40 energy on the tree, my game crashed. I went back in, and the 40 energy was taken out of my energy supply, but the tree still shows it needs 40 energy to remove and I didn’t get any logs for cutting the tree. So basically, because of the crash, I was ripped off 40 energy with no outcome. Please if you can, add 40 energy back into my account. This happened at approximately 11:40am on Sunday, October 11, 2026.
