The first gift I showed in the picture was deleted because the game crashed.

Hi,
My game crashed while I was playing in Happy Farm, and after that the Christmas Ball disappeared from my account.
Is there a way to restore it? Who can help me with this issue?

I lost the key to christmas chest in the same way - I have completed 660 so I have indeed received the second key - but its lost after i placed the chest above the key by accident and stacked it on top of another item due to a glitch - I restarted the game and the key is gone
