• We’ve made some behind-the-scenes improvements to make Time-Limited Events (islands) start more smoothly and reliably. Players may notice a short delay of a few seconds when a new island event begins. This is expected and should help ensure everything is properly loaded before the event starts. We've also improved reward handling, which should help prevent issues with unclaimed rewards not being delivered after an event ends.

Note: A few other issues related to these events are still present. For example, when traveling to Tropical Island while playing on Discord mobile and launching the game from a text channel, the Discord UI may overlap the level, energy, and gem counters. In the meantime, you can avoid this issue by launching the game through a voice channel instead. For Facebook and MSN, we’re aware that some players are currently unable to purchase the Pass. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to resolve the issue. These issues are planned to be fixed on October 1st.
