Dynamic NPC Interactions and Persistent World State

I’d really love to see a feature where the world feels more alive and reactive to what I do, like NPCs actually remembering my choices and changing how they treat me later on — maybe shopkeepers charge me more if I helped their rivals, guards recognize me if I caused trouble in a town before, and random dialogue changes based on quests I finished ages ago, with a simple journal that gives subtle hints instead of spelling everything out, because it would make exploring and replaying the game feel way more meaningful.
