Multiplayer Servers Not Displaying in Main Menu

Steps to Reproduce

launch the game
click join
see nothing (aka 0 players / games)

Explanation

No multiplayer games / servers show under the join button in the main menu. Can close the game, restart steam and relaunch and the issue persists. Doesn't matter if launched in dx11 or dx12
