Explanation
Very low fps after loading save.
after i realoaded my save some time ago, i had arround 15-30 fps. Then i drove to a garage to fix my car a little, and then saved my game to fix something. When i went into the same save like 1 hour later, i was met with very poor fps, and things not loading in properly. I have ran other games and get good fps, so its not my specs that seems to be the problem. I run the game at the lowest settings, and this dosent help in my case.
