Steps to Reproduce
- log onto dbh
- go to join category
- join someone
- get to a proper stop with the recover menu
- hit recover and no cone spawns to recover your car
Explanation
i am encountering a bug where i join a public world in the joins category and it will not let me spawn a car in from the recover menu
