Explanation
Settings don't save i did some testing and started a new game with backrooms enabled thirst and food set to 0 (Disabled) saved and exited when loading that save going through the settings i noted they were set back to default backrooms disabled and thirst/ food set back to 1,
I did not join as is and see if they were still disabled i turned them back to 0
