Steps to Reproduce

load into single player session
claim a mission at control s terminal for musgoat tire
find the tire at any POI
attempt to s*** tire in order to box it up
observe how tire does not show up as part

Explanation

musgoat tire issue with control s part sucker. when getting the musgoat tire as a mission and trying to turn in the tire, the tire will not show up as a part on the sucker. the rim however will show as a part and even take priority while attached to the wheel.
