Steps to Reproduce

Happens as soon as you continue or start a new save.

Explanation

Since the update Hotfix #2 radio towers spawn but the building and gascans/loot does not only the computer is there and the doors but that is it tried to create a new save since the save i was playing on was one before the Hotfix #2 but still the same issue.
