Multiplayer Car Recovery Bug in Garage

Steps to Reproduce

1. join multiplayer world of your friends (Not Server)
2. Drive to recovery station
3. recover vehicle from garage
4. if cone does not drop, bug has happened
5. if cone drops drive to next recovery station and try recover same or different vehicle (It doesnt matter which)
6. at next station guarenteed cone will not drop to recover vehicle
7. fix bug

Explanation

everytime me and my friend play on a multiplayer world and i mean every single time. the player who is joining the world cannot spawn their cars in from their garage, as in the player joining weather it be me or my mate, goes to the recovery machine pulls car out, drops cone maybe first time if not, drives to next stop trys again at new machine, click on recover... anddd nothing. This will happen over and over again and never fixes itself, also forgot to add the persons whos world it is can recover their vehicles everytime without a problem (side note i will be able to screen record some evidence next time my friend is online
