Krustine infection machine event is bugged, in a past week I tried to play this event two times and both times when there was one last stone needed the last mob didn't spawned

Curseite infected enemies from machine event will stop spawning for no apparent reason. This has happened twice within a short time spend so I think maybe it's a bug.
