This is a spread sheet created by my significant other cataloguing every warning in an Elite Deep Dive since the start of season 5, and comparing how often they appeared compared to every other warning. It can be seen that Duck and Cover is more than twice as likely to appear in an Elite Deep Dive compared to the 3 most common Warnings, and that Duck and Cover appeared 4 times in a row on two occasions.
