The mule walking back and forth through the cave. Judging by the lone beacon on the right, the mule was attempting to pathfind into the dead end side of the cave, past where I am looking in this screenshot. This meant that the mule believed the drop pod to be inside the dead end side of the cave rather than going around to where it actually is.
