I'll just repeat what i described in discord bug report. When picking a lobby to join, lobbies with approved modifications are supposed to showcase list of mods that are being used there, when cursor is positioned on that lobby. I have noticed that now there is just endless loading icons, and they never load, no matter how long you wait. Even if i do click to join the modded lobby, and before commiting i am asked again if i want to proceed with said list of mods, again, they simply aren't loading at all, only loading icons.
