Achievement 'Time Well Spent' Not Unlocking in Solo Play Despite Completing Required Action

Steps to Reproduce

1. Choose a mission to open the drop pod, as solo driller.
2. Find and kick all barrels into the drop pod
3. ???
4. No achievement.

Explanation

The achievement "Time Well Spent" will not pop despite having all 25 barrels (24 blue + 1 green).

Once all barrels were in the pod, I've tried kicking them while in the drop pod, I've removed a few and put them back in. I've tried deploying to a mission, changing mission, having a friend join, throwing mugs, throwing fireworks from the Lunar New Year event into the pod, both of the "valuable cargo signs", the entire soccer minigames, and one of those ungodly heavy toolboxes, and finally recalibrating gravity.
