Assignment Board and Deep Dive Terminal Errors with Lunar Festival Missing

Explanation

Currently, my Assignment Board displays "Assignment Unavailable", and the Deep Dive Terminal shows "The Deep Dives Database Could Not Be Reached." However, I still have access to my levels, cosmetics, and gear loadouts.

The game also launches without the current Lunar Festival event. The Space Rig is not decorated, and the limited-time assignments are no longer visible.

Additionally, I noticed the following behavior with multiplayer:
My friend can join my session and we can play normally together, but no other players join our lobby. However, when I join my friend's session, other players are able to join without any issues. My friend is also able to select a Deep Dive, and when he does, it appears on my HUD as well.

My internet connection is stable.
Deep Rock Galactic is allowed through my firewall.
I am not using any mods.

Things I have already tried:

• Verifying the game files
• Restarting the game and Steam
• Restarting my internet connection
• Rebooting my computer
• Restarting the modem
• Re-synced the system clock (it's already set to Automatic)
