Game Crashes After Completing Mission on Xbox Series S

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play a mission that you host on Xbox Series S.
2. Upon mission completion, start another mission.
3. Go into the drop pod.
4. Game crashes as countdown ends.

Explanation

I play on Xbox Series S.

I have been experiencing common crashes that return me to the Xbox Home Screen. They usually occur when I’m in the drop prod as it counts down to start a mission.

It seems to specifically occur after I’ve already completed a mission. For example, I was doing my assignments for the driller’s cryo gun. I started and completed the first mission with no issue. Once I returned to the base, I
1) queued up the next mission for my assignment
2) ordered and drank a beer for the buff
3) stepped onto the drop pod and awaited the countdown. I was solo at the time.
4) game crashed

I started the game back up, set my mission to the assignment, and was able to drop into the mission fine. Upon completing the mission, I tried to move on to the third mission in the assignment and ran into the crash again.

It doesn’t happen all the time, but the behavior was fairly consistent last night. I’ve noticed that it seems to happen less if I’m in someone else’s lobby, though it will still occur from time to time.
