Steps to Reproduce
- Drink a specialty beer
- Start a mission (either solo or public, doesn't matter)
- Watch the magic happen as the game crashes
- Re-enter the game, join the same mission quickly
- I have not tried to reproduce it yet, but these are the initial steps I took when first encountering the bug
Explanation
Disappearing UI. 222My game crashed on mission entry after drinking a specialty beer. I re-entered the game, and joined the same mission appearing in the drop pod. However, none of the HUD was showing. This includes crosshair, minerals, health/shield, ammo pop up, teammates, literally EVERYTHING. I could still switch and use weapons/equipment. Yet, when I opened chat (Right stick + Right Stick) nothing opened and I could no longer use any of the buttons on my controller (aside from Xbox home which I used to quit the game).
