Season 2 Bonus Scrip Not Unlocking During Data Cell Missions

Steps to Reproduce

Choose season 2 as active season (unfinished - possibly needed to be partially completed back when S2 was the newest one)
Join/Host a mission which has a data cell event (doesn't matter which one, even the Communications Array which came with season 2 doesn't account for it)
Complete said event
Deposit data call
Finish mission
Season event bonus (image attached) doesn't unlock a new scrip.

Explanation

The season 2 bonus scrip isn't unlocked if you're in a mission which has someone deposit a data cell.
This issue has apparently been around since Season 5 introduced the option of replaying older seasons, and it also seems like it has automatically resolved itself for some people, while others are still facing the issue.
