Steps to Reproduce
- Just getting grabbed by a worm once the danger meter fills up
- Getting rescued on a s**** or a curved surface
- Player phases through the ground
- Player falls to their death
Explanation
When getting grabbed by a worm it's not uncommon to fall off the map and die right before mission completion
