Character Progress Reset While Account Progress Intact

Steps to Reproduce

1. IDK
2. just entered the game.

Explanation

In short, somehow my character progress was reset, but the account progress remained. When starting the game, the tutorial started playing, but it didn't matter. When loading the tutorial, the character's level was 1, although I had already played on the character, and the account level was 11. When I entered the lobby, I found that the level on all the characters had been reset, as well as the promotion. I showed in more detail on the videos that I will attach to the report, which is not on the video: I had cosmetic items on the characters, opened in the jewelry list and found in the races, but cosmetics remained on the pickaxe.
