Steps to Reproduce
- Let the upgrade bar fill when all players gather around the R.E.P.D.
- Once the bar fills, immediately hold E at the bio booster.
- After the upgrades are selected, the bar for the bio booster fills the rest as if you were still holding E.
- The only way to get freed was with the help of your teammate drilling beneath you.
Explanation
Dwarf can't mine or move after holding E for a bio booster and getting upgrades from R.E.P.D. at the same time.
