Explanation
I bought bought my friend UrLocalVirus a gifted copy of the Biohazard cosmetic pack, they received the armor and the paint job, but have yet to receive the weapon frames. It has been longer than a week and now I thought it would be a good idea to bring it up here. I and he have the receipts of the gift via steam and the emails.
