Bug: Color mismatch in scout armor when using DLC paints

Steps to Reproduce
- Select the Scout armor from the Robot Rebellion Pack DLC
- Select the armor color from the Relic Raider Pack DLC
Explanation
This is most likely not a bug, but simply an error in the coloring of part of the armor.
If I use the scout armor from the Robot Rebellion Pack DLC and the armor paint from the Relic Raider Pack DLC, the bottom of the cloak will be black, rather than a single color for the entire piece of fabric.
