Online Multiplayer and Random Mission Join Issues

Explanation

I just came across the game with a friend and wanted to try it. After we finished the tutorial, we have been trying to play together online but without any success.

We both installed the game through xbox app on PC and are friends on the platform; however, whenever we try to press triangle to invite friend through main menu, nothing happens at all !!

Also, we tried that one of us hosts a public mission but the other can't find the mission server in the servers list at all. Do you have an advice or tip on how to resolve this as it gets really really frustrating at the moment.

We can't join any random mission. Whenever any of us try to join a random mission from the server list, a pop up loading message that says (joining) keeps on loading forever and nothing else happens afterwards but the joining loading screen.

We are using the same internet network btw.
