Explanation

Either your game currently has an engine exploit or there is a third-party software capable of circumventing your security which allows people to join what are supposed to be private lobbies (friends only/solo) without permission or warning.

During a live stream, two separate accounts:

1. https://steamcommunity.com/id/THEPANOFDOOM
2. https://steamcommunity.com/id/hamlad

invaded my private instances during a live stream and spammed things such as the n-slur, the f-slur, the t-slur, "Kill yourself, [f-slur/t-slur]," and, "Hitler did nothing wrong," in the voice chat before leaving.

Currently, the only way to find accounts which temporarily join servers for the purpose of harassment but don't actually complete the game with you / only join into the space rig (your community calls these people, "Elves") is via looking for the Steam ID directly through the memory dump file, as they don't show up in, "recently played with," which exacerbates the problem.
