Host Not Showing in Recently Played With List in Steam Overlay

Steps to Reproduce

1. join a game on the server list
2. finish the game successfully and leave(or wait for the host to leave)
3. Steam overlay->Game Overview->PLAYERS->View Players
4. the list doesn't show the host, only other players

Explanation

hosts I join are missing from recently played with list in Steam overlay

I'm talking about the list in "Steam overlay->Game Overview->PLAYERS->View Players", most of the time it won't show the host of the games I joined

I don't think I ever saw main Steam window "[User]->Friends->Recently Played With" work, but it would be nice to make that one work too
