Previous Button Skips Track Instead of Returning to Start

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play a playlist of queue length n=> 3
2. Wait for last Song in queue or somewhere in the middle of the queue
3. Then press the previous button either on Music panel in discord or Web dashboard
4. There you have it!

Explanation

Music Playback Bug Where the Previous button doesn't work as expected. Causing it to go back to track number 1 (first played track in session) Instead of going to 0:00 of a song and then on a second press going to song (CurrentlyPlayingPosition - 1). Miss handled array logic most likely causing this issue.
