Priority queueing. There is nothing more frustrating than queuing for 20 minutes for a competitive game, finally loading into one, getting into a lobby with only two-thirds of the players, and then having to wait another 15-20 minutes only to run into the same issue. In order to ease players' frustrations, I would suggest adding a priority queue for players who cannot load into a full game. Similar games do this with great success. Many players are frustrated with this issue, and by allowing those who have been waiting longer to get into games faster, the community would definitely be less frustrated!
