Recoil Increase and Accuracy Decrease for Blind Firing

There should be a recoil increase and or an accuracy decrease when someone has their gun far away from their body. Ex when blind firing / swinging with their gun far away from their body. I think this would make it more rewarding to aim down your sight and swing instead of blind firing.
