A region selector for ranked. I'm not sure why every region selector got downvoted to oblivion before, but regardless I feel like this is so important that it deserves being re-suggested here.

Every single person I've met in-game has wanted this. Regardless of where they live, if an american queues into a european server and vice-versa, or even just someone who lives towards west-america queueing into an east servers it's non-stop complaining.

For those who want to say that it'll make queue times longer, believe me when I say the amount of cancels alone this would prevent will make queueing better.
