Lore-driven map showcasing prison takeover and conflict between Revolters and Enforcers

Incorporate lore elements where the Revolters have taken over the prison to demonstrate the poor treatment of prisoners by Enforcers, while Enforcers use the map to show that Revolters cannot be reformed and must be eliminated.
