Ranked System Rework with Enhanced SR Mechanics, Elo Compensation, and New Ranks

Ranked rework:
Features should include breaking down your SR gain/loss +10 for 15 kills +5 for MVP +3 for winning
Same should go for losing
Elo compensation: game should take your teamates into account and their K/D and compensate you if you lose so if everyone goes negative on your team and you drop 20+ you should not lose the full amount and people that play bad should be punished heavily on losses
2 new ranks
Emerald: goes in after diamond and before master also make it 500 Elo to get out of that rank so master can be an actual challenging push
Make a rank between plat and diamond ranks it’ll ajust the skill gap it bit
Top 10 global champs get a skin that says there rank aka Global champ #10
Or a new skin all together that has a cooler color way or something
