Do not add a bullet proof shield. In siege a bullet proof shield is balanced as you as the player can see their head pop out before they can start shooting. Breachers isn't the same...... In breachers you can just put your gun up and start shooting and get the most free kill of your life. In fast if you make the shield be completely solid with no glass in-between, you will still have two issues, cheaters can still see them, and player can just wait till they hear a sound and hip fire. This isn't a good idea. If you want to add something like this just add a observation blocker tool like sens. Where you can still shoot though it.
